You can tell because they forgot to finish erasing the blurred/smoothed top layer from the index finger, so half of the fingerprint it crisp and defined while the other half is unnaturally smooth. Resin printers are definitely high resolution and the results look good, but it's not perfect and lying to people with images like this is complete bullshit. Here's an unedited photo of the same print. Still looks great without being dishonest about what the surface actually looks like.
