The only big gamble was doing American comics, but that's not a gamble in the era of capeshit movies making all the money. The only selection out of place was Gwen and that was a timing problem solved after Spider-Verse.
With one of the top anime it should be easier to go to the minor characters but AY has so few slots per year... They're not dropping the other IP's too. I guess it depends on how long MHA series goes for and stay popular, and how many more IP's AY will pick up. I don't think AY will cherry-pick from 50 properties like past Revo series. However there really aren't that many profitable characters from one show at the end of the day, so maybe 6 to 8 is the max, get them out in the next few years.
