Every Megami and similar should have all their joints sanded or at the least, carefully checked over. This applies even moreso to the DA bitches. There's not much you can do for her now, but you really should check the fit on all her joints and sand them down a little bit.
I also advise flattening the end of all ball joints. Bandai in their wisdom already do this sometimes, like with the 30MS necks. Anything to get rid of needless friction is good. I will eventually amend pic related to reflect the best practice (which is to flatten those ball ends). You can easily tighten a joint back up but it really sucks ass to have to try to fix a busted one. Or god help you, a sized-up one. In the future rather than force it, you can try a little olive oil, mineral oil, bike chain oil, whatever, on a toothpick to get it loose.
