As for the pistol, it's listed as a 'pistol type power tool'. It's visible in the image I've included. Not sure on the translation but the only use I can really think of a Zaku II needing a power tool would be to cut through into a colony or do something else to a colony, aka Operation British.
Either way, seems to be a super obscure little item they have included which is always fun.
