It was all because anons bought pose skeletons and were making random fun photos with them. It's so much fun to take your skelliebro with you everywhere and take random photos.
All cars/bikes/ridable animals being bought with a thought "hmmm i wonder if my skeleton will be able to ride that".
BUT...
it was back then.
Now pose skeletons became rare - i see here in europe they go for 40eur.
I bought mine for 6euros in 2015 and then bought 3 more just in case. This is an ultra tiny figure - not sure if it costs 40+ dollars + shipping (it's a japanese product).
But yeah it's super fun and ultra articulated for it's size!
