Acid Rain takes place in an alternate universe where everyone blew each other up with nukes at the end of WWII. The fighting never really stopped, society crumbled, and the environment became increasingly more polluted and toxic.
The toys themselves are somewhat on the indie side of things (read: expensive), but they're nice for what they are. Acid Rain consists of two separate toylines: the main line, and B2Five. Since you're not really into toys, the easiest way to explain this is that the main line is GI Joe-scale, and B2Five is vaguely Lego-scale.
Anyway, yeah, these might be cool to use as minis for /tg/ stuff, particularly the smaller B2Five line. They're nice toys.
