the head, belt and shinguards are new but everything else needs only minor alterations if anything at all.
Blue Mary on the otherhand is pretty much a brand new sculpt considering she's one of the first females in the line.
I imagine that will be the case with most of the upcoming females.
Also its not pictured in this thread but I think she has a decently large blast effect like most of the KOF figures too
