For the sake of conversation I'll say articulation, but there's no reason to not have both. Most companies, including Hasbro and Mattel have proven they can do both, just choose not to for some reason. Even that Jazware Ghost, with some small adjustments could be fantastic, but someone fucked up. I say someone because the sculptor also did Ultimate Cap, which was a fantastic figure.
