I ended up getting the boat and the graveyard on sale for 25 bucks each though. I like the look of the boat, and can use it in my town model i'm planning, and I've been wanting to make my own lego graveyard for a while now. If I can find them for 50% off near me, I'll pick up another 3 graveyards.
Hopefully the scalpers will continue to ignore HS; even investor types are saying there's practically going to be no good returns because of how unpopular it is. I sure as hell would never buy any of these sets at an inflated priced.
