You can also argue that Weaponizers already do this. Hell imagine if MP-45 Bumblebee had a parts former backpack instead of all the crazy folded up bits all over his back, the way Earthrise Cliffjumper is a partsformer? I'm not saying they should go crazy with it, but if a bot mode can work better and be perfect looking and all the more better with it, why not?
