One third of the platoon is arrayed in front of this point; another third is detailed to make a long flanking run through the tall grass behind the outpost and make their attack near the helicopter landing zone opposite; most of the remaining troops take position to secure their left flank. There are no reserves, save for the three-man recon unit still on overwatch but ready to join the fray where needed.
