Go ahead and explain then, how is it that some of these "bootlegs" are identical to the official products down to the fucking packaging stickers and serial codes? Also, there is a notable difference between the actual bootlegs and official supply released in the orient, just peruse a channel like Return of the Rocketman who does such comparisons.
My point is you wrote a lot negatives but offered no illustration to account for 3 seeming categories of ali products: 1) obvious bootlegs (i.e. no packaging) 2) partial "bootlegs" with apparent official packaging but with cheap quality figure and cardboard and 3) identical quality of figure build and packaging as the licensed products.
In regards to your point about profit margins: without knowing about Chinese trademark shit, I can think of 2 scenarios why official product would be cheaper. 1) transport/distribution and associated fees are not an issue 2) Global license restrictions, i.e. selling a mouser in China come with different licensing costs than in the US for instance. Not to say this is the case, but there are considerations from these areas that could impact price of a figure geographically.
Note that I'm not wholly disagreeing with your points, but I find your rant lacking.
