>>6128049For some reason, yes. The show was a way for the Japanese to have their own reboot of the original. It was moderately successful in Japan, going on for 2 seasons. There was an English dub of the show, however none of the original voice actors were used (most of them being voice actors used in a certain other little girls reboot that Lauren Faust has worked on) and it never made it to America. It was really popular in the Phillipenes and Latin America.
