Then we still have giant ass 5'10 Nightwing and 6'4 Deathstroke, scaled down adult body Robin, and I as mentioned, Little Barda.
Mattel made improvements with scale too, but if we're going to not "count" past scaling mistakes because of later improvements then you're being presumptuous about McFarlane's offerings.
