It feels like if you combined the cool "robot bits on the inside" and "only have actual human looking head and hands because those are what is visible with the rest being purely mechanical" that several animatronics in the real world use, you could have a really neat (although likely to break) core class figure. Only issue is if Hasbro would allow a naked looking altmode, so maybe a rubberized plastic dress would be included.
