>>6696289This may be a bit of an aside to the conversation but I've noticed Lego has been playing up the "modular" aspect to the 2017 Creator line. I put the quotes in because it naturally pales in comparison to the actual big modulars, however take pic related as an example. It's actually called the Modular Modern Home and Lego has been posting vids on how to create new components to add to or replace existing ones. Some pretty nifty stuff complete with parts lists. They've currently been focusing on seasonal themed additions. Then there's videos like:

Feels like an attempt to push people more towards experimenting beyond the three build types in the instructions. I like it and think it's a nice touch. I personally found pic related pretty dull compared to the earlier Creator buildings that are fully enclosed and can open up, but at the same time I find it a nice building off point for larger structures, or adding on to other sets, or, hell, just parting it out.
