First you need to make room for the joints. Cut the old pegs out and carve out the area next to the neck socket, do not damage the neck socket.
Drill two holes upward into the ridge above the neck socket and adjust the size to fit the ball joint piece from any megami device kit, you will also need the hair piece to be slightly wallowed out to get the larger portion of the joint to sit flush.
If you breach the slot the paceplate tabs into don't worry, you can trim the corner of the faceplate tab slightly to make it still sit flush.
