Can any anons point me in the right direction? Recently bought a MechaGodzilla fuckno pop (I know, I just like the fucking design though). Got it, opened it, and pic related is the back on this figure. Looks like it's missing the middle dorsal plates. Contacted the seller who said "No it's fine, they're all like that." Contacted a couple of other sellers on eBay selling the same thing, asking if I could see the back, and they all have the plates that are missing on mine. The seller still won't consneed or admit it's defective, and let me return it for a refund. Never had to go through this on eBay before. What's a good course of action?
