So far, as in with Deathstroke, they seem to favour later New52 and not early New52. So if there's any consistency it should be this Joker...? I'm not an expert so not sure how they overlap but they certainly didn't use the first New52 Deathstroke. Not sure how they sit on Rebirth yet. There's that DCC action figure with a black long jacket and that's a little better.
He looks normal and in purple suit in some Harley comics AFAIK so he changed back before Rebirth?
Super poseable action figure of a man wearing a black suit is valuable though for many reasons.
