Should also be noted that Marvel is in charge of this shit, not Disney. Perlmutter loves that hands on approach.
Also, "master license" probably doesn't mean what you think it does. There's also large amounts of exceptions to what Hasbro can produce, where, and when, and how they can't sell/share the license they hold.
