I would say there shouldn't be more differences between uniforms wthin the same army than something like forrest vs snow and forrest v.s. desert is always pretty near, especially with the Endor troops that just need a different pair of pants and ditch the coats and that version also existed already in some Home One Fleet soldiers like Airen Cracken. It should be the same uniform than on Endor but then again the rebel army is a ragtag group that they could mix and match completely different clothes but that nobody had the original Endor vests was weird.
