Reminded me years back when they already have Qui-Gon sculpted together with Obi-Wan for the Episode 1 arc, but was never shown in public (only behind doors to insiders). Because Obi-Wan did not sell as well as they hoped to be, and the whole SHF Star Wars steam was dying down, Qui-Gon's release was shelved for years, until they finally decided to release him as an exclusive in 2017. Pretty sure Bandai has a lot of SHF figures suffering such a limbo fate as well.
