Main thing is the new head, and the different shade of silver. Ursa Major (left) has paint covering the silver plastic, so it looks smooth. Cassie Lang (right) has no paint over the silver plastic, which is why you can see the distortions (plastic marbling) on the legs and chest.
Ultimately the new one is inferior, but if you like the head better and the colors don’t bug you, it’s almost the exact same figure, except you can’t stick the effect piece in the mouth of the new head.
