>>10561008It was a funny thing, i've pre-ordered the SH figuarts Guts on my account (limited to 1 per account) then my brother wanted to get one too so he made his own account and used the same postal service address with his name (it's a free local service where they can hold the package for you and you can pick it up whithin a week). so they decided i was doing multiple accounts to scalp the figure (we only got 2) and they banned me.
i've bought a lot of figures from them for about 6 years with only 3 cancellations and no problems with any payment so i thought i could explain everything and recover my account if i send them proof about the hole situation but they didn't care.
