I'm not sure why Nipponese 3P don't do it more, maybe it's because Sunrise is far more aggressive about unlicensed goods (especially in recent years).
For Chinese 3P/KOs, most of them are still in it for geewun and bayformers. Keep an eye out for oddball companies like your TFCs and KFCs. If they are willing to do Victory shit, Braves isn't that far off, since Victory is one of the least popular entries there.
