>>9462485Sorry it took me so long to reply! I ended up taking a spray bottle full of water and lightly misting her hair while gently brushing and that helped a lot! I got the orange butterfly one when RH first came out and her hair was so nasty and crunchy I had to wash it multiple times before it became soft, but they must have pumped the breaks on using so much gel because Cher was much softer and workable right out of the box. Her hair isn't perfect and I still might wash it eventually but right now I don't want to fiddle too much with her and ruin her bouncy curls I'm afraid I won't be able to replicate them. But gosh she really is pretty I'm very pleased with how she looks. I think I got one with heavy makeup they didn't have any without lipliner at the target I was at
