The bikini armored girls are something I've worked on for awhile now. They are Taobao bodies with armor from the 1/12 Red Sonja figures put out by TB League. The armor fits them fine. Swords and shields are just from other random toys.
The theme is just basic medieval fantasy stuff, dungeons and dragons basically.
Inspiration... hmmm... well I just randomly think of junk. This particular one started as an idea of just a couple of people walking in an open air market which happens to employ Dragon-men as guards to protect the peace.
And so we have the following scenario:
Yellow Armored girl: I've only heard of Dragon-men... how did they come about?
Gladiator: Hmm.. I have no idea.
