If he's not shown off or announced there, he could be announced at any number of other shows Hasbro does, since last year they slow walked reveals for toy lines, only revealing a few per toy and comic-con they appeared at, and Hascon looks like it could be cancelled this year. All we have is a Walgreens warehouse information stating that he exists, so we could see him soon.

Transfomers isn't just competing with other toy lines, but Chinese bootlegs and knockoffs, Hasbro is even copying some designs from 3P figures in Siege, such as the case with Reflector.
