This Beast from the East is Sembo's PCL-181. Thought it was a Frenchy Caesar. Whatever it's the Chinese lookalike version of the Caesar also with full computerized targeting.
Comes with 4 minifigs and lots of weapons. No pieces missing. About 10% are actually prints and the rest are stickers. The cannon does shoot alright and elevates to a bit over 45 degrees it seems. Cab is also quite comfy for two minifigs. Wheels roll fine.
Downsides are heresy stickers over multiple, some loose areas due to bad design and the thing being too high off the ground for minifig-scale. Had to add a shell lift at the back or else it will just seem absolutely ridiculous when you're handling it.
