You're not wrong though. The more memorable minor characters in the cartoon usually had an episode to themselves or at least an instantly recognisable accent to set them apart from everyone else, and Windcharger had neither. The most memorable thing about Winddcharger was that he wore a lab coat that one time and was a corpse in the movie.
I still love him though and a new toy is one of my biggest wants at this point.
