Additionally you can put any topcoat over any paint, but to prevent any unwanted chemical interactions, usually discoloration of paint or topcoat, you'll need to wait for the underlayer to fully chemically cure before topcoating. Acrylics will run you quite a few days, I wait a week to stay safe.
