For those who asked in the previous thread, the pic in question is from a series called 戦え!ドクロマン (Fight! Skull-man). This was previously debuted sometime ago in 2015 on WonFes Summer and other events, so it's nothing new, just doesn't get much attention. This is NOT Revoltech line.
Based on American DEVGRU soldiers, these are trading capsule figures with interchangeable parts. Bodies cost 400 yen each, while weapons cost 300 yen each. Roughly 11 cm in size, so maybe 1/15 or 1/18 scale. Release date is March 2016.
