Finally found a Articuno at Target! It was tucked away behind several Greninja. I love this figure and it's really sturdy, scales pretty well for 1/12, and is designed pretty well unlike Greninja. It's a little over 5" tall from middle part of the feet to the top of the head so it's close enough to the dex height (5'7") to be considered in scale for me. All the articulation is there but like other people have said, the neck would be so much better on a ball joint. I also don't like the way the ankles are articulated. They are only 360 degree swivels and I wish they were traditional pivot joints like all human figures have for ankles. The knee joints aren't loose, but they aren't tight either. I wish it had ratchets in there like Charizard and Greninja's arms have to make them more sturdy. I don't know why Jazwares doesn't just add those ratcheting joints onto every part of every figure. The bendy tail is huge but not heavy, and very nice. I think someone said it before too, but a bendy tongue on Greninja would have been so much better for that figure.
It's going to replace the old Hasbro one I was using. If you need any photo proof of how much better this one is than the old one, here it is.
