I'm guessing that the shoulder armor is on a separate hinge and Bandai simply neglected to bring the armor down after they finished posing. Hope that's the case, anyways.
Seems like this prototype has the hidden lower leg holster and the command car looks great! Dang I'm so excited for these!

And yeah, no ECOAS Jegan at the Tamashii Nations show and no release date announced makes me something something...
