Basically, you need excessive lighting, room light, plus a lamp for side/back lighting. I have a bendy lamp with a piece of white printer paper to diffuse it. Make sure paper doesnt touch bulb and its simple and effective.
Iso, lower iso is darker. Higher is brighter, but grainier. Usually iso+the brightness adjust fine tune it. The blue hue is a little trick with the white balance. By using the wb for incandescent light but with a fluorescent bulb gives the blue hue to the picture.
