The minor complaints I could make for the man would be that, pretty much entirely as a trade-off for having giant hands inside his legs, he basically has no feet. Just stumpy shins, little toes and a tiny wiggle of an ankle tilt (this is seriously as far as they go). On another figure this would probably be more major but considering the whole appeal of this team is the build in combiner guts I think it's an acceptable sacrifice considering how well the hands work.
I also found that as a consequence to having giant elbow joints for thighs, if you bend back on his knee joints, trying to move them back will just bend his thighs in half instead. It's pretty easy to deal with though, just tune the tightness of both joints with a screwdriver and some lube so that the knee joint is looser than the elbow joint and moves first. The combiner mode doesn't use the robot knee joints so it wont be an issue.
For connecting and separating his legs he also has some of those double hip joints which are always really fiddly. just adjust the joint for separating the legs to be tighter and the joints for his actual articulation and he's fine though.
His head is also attached to his body by a second ball joint for transformation that really likes to pop off on mine, but it's not a big deal.
