>>6174921instead of sticking them on like this guy, you just cut them out with the backs on, then put two small pieces of masking tape facing OUTWARDS along the pointy edges of the blue piece, then you lay the eye down like you were sticking it, so it makes an O with a set of eyes on each side that perfectly fits around it, and you can slide it off when you take the part out.
