Same with Page Punchers (they're DCC figures, who is/was a direct market toy company, like Diamond Select, NECA, Mezco, etc).
Collector toys have always sold for ~$5 more than mass retail figures, though NECA and Diamond both increased their prices to match the increase of costs they've experienced over the years, even before corona and the dollar devaluing+recession. Only company who has increased prices on mass market toys is Hasbro, and they had been holding off for like 5-8 years, considering their 1:18 lines have increased while their 6" lines stayed at 19.99 since around 2013.
McFarlane Toys makes toys for both markets still, but they're blurring the line. since stores like Target and Walmart have a collector section hidden somewhere naer the electronics section. So lines like Fortnite, Call of Duty, Game of Thrones and others were already $24 since around $2019.
... but again, maybe I'm just ignorant about the signs of the time and the 7" Avatar figures aren't collector toys and the $24.99 price tag is the new normal for large action figures now.
