Onua Mata looked kinda spooky in general, being a hunchback with huge claws like some kind of deformed moleman
perfect aesthetics for a Toa of earth, none of the later ones really do it for me in comparison

The Pakari was the key art for every mask designed after it, the Hau is a WH40k ripoff. You can call it iconic if you like, but you'd probably be calling the Pakari iconic if they hadn't swapped Onua and Tahu's marketing prominence and story roles shortly after initial press release.
