I received a survey email from Target, asking how they did on my online order. I was kind and respectful, but sort of explained how stupidly hard for anyone to get these figures, exclusive or not. Same with how they weren't packaged all the greatest. I am sure it will fall on deaf ears, but hopefully if enough people say something like this online and in surveys, it might light a fire under Hasbro's ass. I am sure both companies could care less, but I figured it was worth 10 minutes of my time. Stuff like pic related we'll never see in store, and I think that really is the main issue of my frustration. Everything just ends up on ebay.
