The story should be about the toa evolving from matoran and learning responsibility. Instead of makuta their villains could be either gangs or pirates ready to invade the city.
Nidhiki dume and kreka should be good guys, but this shoukd change in the final arc. I always wanted to know about toa nidhiki and kreka can be a toa too. Lhikan should still die but just later on.
The vahki need a redesign to not be clone sets. The same should be true for all villains.
Year 1: invasion of the _____+ toa
Year 2: vahki +other villain + new toa sets
Year 3: dume corrupted, the whole city (even the buildings) turn against the toa
Every wave will include 3 toa, 3 villains and some titan sets. Matoran/villager will be 10 dollars and come with alt masks to be different matoran. There will only be 2 per wave.
If its a lego system i want to see primarily locations and only vehicles for matau or whenua.
