I was thinking of a few instances where they fixed some flaw in a 2nd release pretty soon after a 1st release, like the Phantom figure having purple wrist joints with beige paint on top that flaked off, when they did the new figures again (granted, a recolour rather then a re-release) they gave him beige wrist joints.
But yeah, I am expecting theses will probably be shiny as well.
