>>79442121) From a figure standpoint, the GM ANIME. I love the mint colour and just how expressive they look in even the most simple pose next to other GM. I love the RX-78-2 base but something about the GM just makes him more fun to handle. Interestingly enough, I find the RX-78-1 more fun, so it could just be simply a fatigue on the classic colours.
As something to display, the Destory mode Unicorn combined with the MS Girl Unicorn Full Amour parts. It's such a visual mess with the giant boosters sticking out of the back but that, combined with the claw just hits all my 'so bad, it's good' buttons. Zeong is a close second though.
2) Gyan. I picked him up after release with some spare cash and had zero expectations but absolutely love how well he works and getting him into all the classic fencing poses. Shield could be better with how it needs to balance or it swings forward.
3) Originally it was the Rick Dias as he was my first ever RD and I didn't really see what made him so much better over a HG but since then it's GP02 by miles.
Looks great, and the engineering is something to marvel over. I however find him nothing but a chore of a figure to try and pose, it feels like I'm fighting against it at every turn and not worth the hassle.
Unless something more disappointing comes along, then he is the one I'd sell off first.
Just to throw out another question. At the risk of getting the classic Nigel Mansell line of 'No Zaku, Boy, No Zaku', how is the Gouf ANIME? Different enough from the Zaku to be worth it, or pretty much a blue zaku?
