Marine base, third mode is a mashup giant naval craft. Sort of like Tidal Wave, but with more submarine and sculpted details invoking things like sharks and squids.
Absolutely massive, she is usually seen as a terrifying figure in the mist by Autobots. Used by Decepticons as a base on watery areas, with lots of space inside her for rest, repairs, and planning. Her personality is close to blank, or at least very few Decepticons observe it. There seems to be no objections to attacking when told to. In base mode, the main offensive abilities are from giant cannons and machine guns. In vehicle mode, giant ramming hull and torpedoes can also be used. In robot mode, favored weapon are giant claws that catch, but it is unlikely to actually connect against all but the slowest titans and combiners. Ranged weapons also suffer from long startup to aim unless a smaller Decepticon is aiming for her. In terms of smashing stationary targets she is unsurpassed.
Robot mode is the "wearing your altmode on your back" approach to have a feminine figure, with lots of ship parts not forming torso/limbs. The main visual gimmick is giant claw arms made from the bow and aircraft strip that are long enough to reach her feet standing up. Has a plane guiding light for a horn. Comes with a Legend-sized seaplane-altmode Cityspeaker who has a bratty personality and refers to the Titan as "big sister".
Height is about the same as Scorponok, but not nearly as wide.
Key gimmicks include a runway with spring-loaded launch, lots of missiles, LEDS for glowing eyes/horn, and entry/exit points.
Breast and butt are huge by proportion of female TFs, but are hollow since used for storage.
QC issue is weak arm ratchets so they tend to droop after a while when doing cool poses.
Since land mobility is poor even in Robot mode, would be hard countered by someone such as Superion unless Decepticons inside are able to fight.
No license.
