Choosing to make more Fate poches (specially 3 more Saberfaces) is a mistake IMO. even if it's popular, they will be competing against GSC that have already release a good amount of characters
I'm also worried that Cinderella seems to don't get any hype on her back, people were excited to get Alice and Akazukin when they were announced, same with the OC Friends
It would be nice to have the exclusive shop clothes available in the usual stores for gaijins like us, I guess that the company that Koto had subcontracted to make the outfits can't manage a big payload, so they keep them only available on their Koto stores
And I agree with what have been said before that they need to branch out more to IPs/series that GSC have not gotten (but are popular enough to be profitable), Azur Lane is a good sign of that, but chosing San Diego as the first one was not a wise choice, I haven't checked any popularity poll for the chinkboat girls so IDK if San Diego is one of the popular girls on the list, but based on the amount of fanart of the girls, there is other more popular like Belfast, St Louis, Honolulu, Atago, Taiho, and so on
Poches of Girls Frontline would be a good choice to compete against with the Little Armory nendos
Same goes for poches of Megami Device and Desktop Army, if you consider that the Mecha Musume fanbase is stronk
They should make more characters of series that they have already release poches, like a Eva Shinji poche, more YugiOh poches, more Im@s poches that aren't characters already released
I hope that things change for good in the future.
