A lot of the music in MNOG is made up of little snippets that play at specific points, kinda like a tracker. So even on the chance that the original uncompressed arrangements are just hanging out on a hard drive somewhere, they are probably spread out across several files and would need to be compiled. While Nathan Furst has has been very gracious with Bionicle fans, Justin seems like he just doesn't care enough to bother with stringing them together in Kontakt and is probably tired of hearing about that one soundtrack he did 15 years ago. I think I remember him expressing a some level of contempt over the issue too at some point in the past, but I'm not about to go digging for a tweet or forum post that may or may not exist. Either way, you're probably better off waiting for a ZREO-like fan project than for the real deal.
Speaking of, if anyone has the inclination to do "BREO" or at least remake MNOG's soundtrack as faithfully as possible, pic related might be a good jumping off point, as many of the tracks use samples from this library.
