I mean, compare Skyshadow's jet mode to Overlord's toy and the comic design, or even how his nosecone doesn't fit the shape of the sled-shield-seat-thing. The wings and tailfin will go poof, we will have a new nose for the jet, the arms will be completely different to turn into the turbines, and the new wings will be on the arms. I will be really surprised if that isn't how it goes down.
