4H makes shit in small batches and only on demand because of that, whereas BFS, MGR, and other 1:18 scale companies are constantly producing their shit year round to keep up with demand. Some companies like Ori Toys and Devil Toys (makers of War of ORder) have their figures sell out within a month's time and need to make more figures.
For larger in-scale figures? That's even harder to do today than ever, yet we constantly see 1:18 makers easily produce large scale figures and vehicles all the time. Nevermind that they'll be better articulated, because the joints don't need to hold as much weight.
