>>6821901>>6821892>neckbeards projecting their likes and dislikes onto kidsI was able to trade shitty 70s and 80s Star Wars toys in 8th grade with a friend for his GI Joes. For cooler characters I'd get two or three of Joes for characters like this.
Unless you work there you wouldn't know how many boxes of each wave they'd gone through until they reached pegwarming status and unless you're marking each card, it's unlikely you'd know if they're being replaced with newer stock.
Do you even know about Pops crap? Pure trash according to /toy/, but they sell hundreds of these stupid statueshits in every single store that carries them and continue ordering them every other week.
Kids make up the majority of buyers for this crap and companies like Hasbro are making billions of dollars every single year because stores keep on buying shitty toys that /toy/ doesn't like, because kids keep buying them in the millions.
They know what they like and Hasbro has made sure they're producing that crap, because surveys and research tells them that's what they like, not to mention their revenue.
