>>9973501lately the pegs are loaded, but it's all fantasy cars, my Target was loaded with F case, I picked these out, I'm partial to metallic red today
also got a Tomica car, never saw that brand in the Walmart before, I think it was the unpopular model because it was there for a week, on the way to the cars, I saw Boomer Silvermane speedwalking past me with a Hot Wheels basic cardback facing out, that made me paranoid, because I figure if there was something good I just missed it, but all they had was H case leftovers
I was originally looking for Auto World, I believe I saw the B case neon green nickey with the rest of the assortment, I said to myself "if it's still there tomorrow, I'll get it", fast forward a day, I check and just the card is hanging there and no other cars, somebody ripped the bubble off, stole the car, and discarded the bubble right beneath it, later in the day, I noticed behind the clocks in furniture dept., someone hid the rest of the cars there, so I uncovered them and put them all back(didn't buy bc I aim for a complete set at once), fast forward another day, the cars are gone and the inventory hasn't changed, so were not replenishing any time soon.
There's so many good people I've met that have "dad energy" and they do it for fun and then there's the thieves and the hiders that came into the store despite not being able to afford a $5 car, and they're gonna make sure you can't buy it either, like I was at Target at open a couple days ago and this 40-50yo guy with smoker's lung says to his friend "If you see the Auto World 4 packs, just grab em! If you ever get interested in these ones, lemme know and I'll hide some for ya", right behind me, like he's the "King of Target", the "Mercenary of Merchandise", jfc
